Munford High School offers a Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling Program to assist all students in developing and enhancing their academic, social, career, and personal strengths. The School Counselor’s role is to assist students with navigating through the curriculum, provide individual student planning for current and future academic goals, provide responsive services when a crisis arises, and support the school system in its entirety.  Some of the topics addressed by the counselor are graduation requirements, college & career; technical schools, career choices, specific fields of study, financial aid, scholarships, personal counseling, etc. The counselor regularly meets with students throughout the school year to address areas of need/concern. Students may see the counselor by walk-in, teacher, administrator, or parent referrals.
