Heather Wright

I have been happily married to my very own "Mr. Wright" for nine years. We were blessed with our IVF miracle, Caroline Hope, in 2021. This is my 11th year as an educator in the Talladega County School District, and I am blessed to say that my experience has all been in the Munford Community. 

As Assistant Principal of Munford High School, it is my honor and privilege to welcome everyone back for another great year of learning!  I enjoy the enthusiasm and energy that our students bring to the school.  Our mission at MHS is to create a positive environment that celebrates all students' achievements and promotes high academic standards. At Munford High School, we have highly qualified teachers who spend countless hours planning research-based activities to engage our students in real-world learning.  We believe that all students should graduate from high school prepared for the demands of postsecondary education and/or the workforce. It is a privilege to be part of a community where we truly care for one another and strive to build positive relationships that promote academic achievement and social growth.
