Welcome to Munford High School! I am truly honored to serve as principal of such a proud and supportive school community. Munford High School is a place where students are valued as individuals, challenged academically, and encouraged to grow as leaders, learners, and citizens. Our school thrives because of the strong partnerships among students, families, staff, and the greater Munford community.

At MHS, through academics, athletics, fine arts, career and technical education, dual enrollment, and a wide range of student organizations, we strive to meet the diverse interests and needs of our students. Our dedicated teachers and staff work tirelessly to create engaging learning experiences, build positive relationships, and maintain high expectations for all learners.

Equally important to academic success is fostering a positive school culture where students feel supported, and connected. When students feel a sense of belonging, they are more confident, motivated, and prepared to succeed. We are intentional about promoting student voice, encouraging involvement, and celebrating the accomplishments of our students and staff.

Outside of my role as principal, I enjoy traveling with a goal of visiting all 50 states (currently at 38). I am proud to serve the Munford community and am committed to ensuring Munford High School remains a place where students are prepared for success beyond graduation and where excellence is the standard.

 

I am proud of the work taking place at Munford High School and grateful for the support of our families and community partners. Together, we are preparing students not only for graduation, but for success in college, careers, and life.
